Shipping Policy

We offer complimentary shipping for all orders of CAD $300 or more via Canada Post or another trusted carrier. For orders under CAD $300, a flat shipping fee of $12 applies.

If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping for $45, with delivery in approximately 3 business days.

For added security, all domestic shipments valued at $500 or more will require a signature upon delivery. All orders include tracking and delivery confirmation for your convenience.

Pickup from our Studio

Once your order is ready, you can pick it up directly from my studio in Toronto. This gives you the perfect opportunity to see where your one-of-a-kind piece was brought to life.

Pick-up is available by appointment to ensure you have a personalized experience. Feel free to reach out to coordinate a time that works best for you.

Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada Post Standard: 3 to 14 days

  • Expedited: 3 days

We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, damaged in transit, or stolen after delivery. Please ensure your billing and shipping information is correct when placing an order, as we cannot reroute packages once they leave our studio.

Expedited Shipping - While it’s rare for packages to go missing, they often show up after some time. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier used for shipping and then reaching out to us. We’ll do our best to assist you!

Order Processing

At Designer & Executioner, we take great care in crafting and preparing each order to ensure it meets our high standards. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before shipment. This timeline ensures your piece receives the attention it deserves. Thank you for your patience and support!

 

 

Payment

Checkout is processed securely through PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to complete your transaction—PayPal allows you to pay using your preferred credit or debit card.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the total amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Thank you for your support!

Returns & Repairs

At Designer & Executioner, all sales are final, but your satisfaction remains our top priority. Each piece is handcrafted with care, and if you encounter a fault in the product, please reach out to us directly for assistance.

If a return is approved, online purchases must be sent back to Designer & Executioner within 5 business days of receiving the shipment. Approved returns are eligible for credit only, minus shipping costs. Please note that custom and discounted items are non-refundable and final sale.

For repair inquiries, email us at designer_and_executioner@gmail.com. Provided your jewelry has been properly cared for, we offer complimentary repairs for up to one year from the date of purchase. We do not provide refunds or accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Designer & Executioner reserves the right to deny unreasonable repair requests, returns, and exchanges. Thank you for understanding and supporting our craftsmanship!
