Things You Need to Know

At Designer & Executioner, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep you coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Payment and Shipping:

Checkout is done via PayPal. However, if you do not have to have a PayPal account you can still use the service to complete your transaction.  A confirmation of your order will be sent via e-mail detailing the total dollar amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping and handling charges. Canadian customers will pay GST/HST according to their provincial rate.

All orders will be shipped within 7 business days of placing the order. You will be notified once your order has been shipped and we will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.

Delivery times vary by destination, but please allow 5-7 days for delivery of most goods within Canada. However, these timelines are estimates and will vary depending on circumstances such as Covid-19. Please note that all shipping and handling charges and taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid in part or in full by Designer & Executioner.  If you require your order in a rush, please contact us via email to inquire about express shipping. We will do our best to meet your deadline.

Shipping charges are as follows:

  • At present, we only ship within Canada: orders are shipped via Canada Post standard mail service. Orders will be charged a standard $10 shipping. Please contact us should you wish to have your parcel shipped Expedited with a tracking number, this will be an additional charge depending on the size of the package and the location.

Returns & Repairs:
​
All sales are final. However, your satisfaction is very important. All jewellery is created with care by hand. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied due to a fault in the product, please contact Designer & Executioner directly.
 
If your reason for return is accepted, any purchases made online must be returned directly to Designer & Executioner.  The request for return must be made within 5 business days after shipment is received for credit only, less shipping costs.  All sales are final on customized and discounted items.

For all repair inquiries, please email designer_and_executioner@gmail.com. Assuming that proper care has been taken care for your product, we will make reasonable repairs on items for up to one year after date of purchase free of charge. Please note we do not offer refunds, nor do we accept cancelations of orders once they have been placed. Designer & Executioner reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

All content on this website, including, without limitation, informational content, graphic images and program code such as html and JavaScript, are the copywrited material of Designer & Executioner and may not be reproduced in any manner without the express written consent of Designer & Executioner. Upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming your intent to purchase. This receipt does not constitute a contract and orders may be canceled at any time by Designer & Executioner due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a payment, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as seen fit. Please note that Designer & Executioner shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not you have been charged. If you have already been charged and your order is canceled by Designer & Executioner, a refund will be granted.
